Hi, I’m Stacy. I know what it’s like to put everyone else first and feel like there’s never enough time for you. Meals on the go became the norm, days felt chaotic, and I was constantly drained and frustrated. I wanted to feel more energized, focused, and in control—but didn’t know where to start.

I completed my Master Certification through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where I learned motivational interviewing. Basically, asking the right questions so you uncover your own best solutions, and practical tools to help women build healthy habits into everyday life.
I also spent 9 years as a sleep expert at Mattress Firm, where I was trained in every aspect of sleep from habits, routines, and creating the right environment to actually rest well. My approach combines science, compassion, and practical strategies that work in the real world.
It starts with a free strategy call. We’ll chat about where you’re at, what you need most, and how I can support you.
From there, we can dive into my Self-Care Blueprint, a one-hour session where we explore your self-care goals, assess your current strengths and opportunities, and leave with a clear plan of focus. Women who are ready to take it further can continue with 1:1 support, where I guide, encourage, and hold you accountable as you put your plan into action.
