The Self-Care Collective is an eight-week program designed to help midlife women build simple, realistic self-care routines that fit their actual lives. Through weekly support, practical guidance, and a community that understands your season of life, you’ll create self-care habits you can stick with long after the program ends.

1:1 Self-Care Blueprint Session (60 minutes)
We’ll review your current routines, clarify what you want to improve, and set meaningful, achievable goals that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
