Learn simple strategies to manage stress, support sleep and stay energized during the busy holiday season. Practical tips you can use immediately to feel calmer and more focused.


*Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, we will be meeting from 10:30-11:30AM on Wednesday Nov 26 for that class!


Looking for simple, realistic ways to feel better in your day-to-day life?

These in-person workshops are designed to help you build routines that actually fit your schedule. With 2 classes each week (Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings), you can choose what time works best for you.


Each session explores practical, everyday strategies around things like balanced eating, movement, stress management, better sleep, and guided goal setting. You’ll leave with actionable steps you can start using right away, without the overwhelm.
