These in-person workshops are designed to help you build routines that actually fit your schedule. With 2 classes each week (Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings), you can choose what time works best for you.
Each session explores practical, everyday strategies around things like balanced eating, movement, stress management, better sleep, and guided goal setting. You’ll leave with actionable steps you can start using right away, without the overwhelm.
